Additionally, we’ve expanded the fin surface area by 76%, enhancing heat transfer and keeping outlet temperatures within 10 degrees of ambient. To maximize the cooling effect, we've enlarged the intercooler shroud to fully expose the core to fresh air from the WRX’s iconic hood scoop. A pre-drilled, tapped, and plugged 1/8-NPT port allows for easy addition of temperature or boost pressure sensors.
