STM’s 30-Day Return Policy:
STM accepts returns on eligible products within 30 days from the date your received the item. We have a 10% restocking fee and will subtract any shipping charges we incurred from your refund. Please review all policy information below. Print and include this form with your returned package.
Quick Run-Down:
• No returns over 30 days (from the date the package was delivered) • 10% restocking fee • Any shipping costs we incurred will be deducted from your refund • No returns on electronics or batteries (includes injectors, fuel pumps, gauges, sensors, etc.) • No returns on opened, used, modified, marked or installed products • No returns on products without original packaging • No returns on Closeout items

• Incorrect items (STM mistake) - No charge to you! • Damaged, stolen or lost packages will be a unique scenario • Warranties are by manufacturer only
This is important! Please read this before you ship your return:
• If your item shipped to you for free, your refund will be minus: - The standard 10% restocking fee - The ACTUAL SHIPPING PRICE that we incurred. • You will lose your free shipping bonus if you return the item. Special conditions may apply if you are only returning a small portion of the order. • If you have had the item for longer than 30 days, we cannot accept returns or start claims for incorrect or damaged items. Please check your order when it arrives! • Customers who’ve received free shipping: Give us a call for your original shipping cost before returning the item(s).
An Example:
• You purchase a product for $200. • Shipping was $15, but it shipped to you for free. • You return it and we receive it within 30 days (from the date the package was delivered), you will receive a refund for $165: $200.00 - $20.00 (10% of $200 Restocking Fee) - $15.00 (Shipping Charge) = $165.00 |
We do our best to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. In the aftermarket industry, we try to list all vehicle fitments and compatibilities for direct-fit parts. Please do all the research you can before install and do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions!
We've had customers attempt to install a part not meant for their car or install it incorrectly and return it to us damaged, modified, written on or ruined, so we cannot accept returns on installed, marked, opened or used products.
Batteries, electronics, gauges, sensors, wiring, fuel pumps, injectors, ECUs, digital displays, etc, cannot be returned - even if it is still sealed in the box unopened. As per most manufacturer's warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly for any performance or warranty issues.
If you installed or used the product, we cannot take it back. Your best bet is to list it for sale on a car forum, Facebook, eBay or similar platform.
In the event a customer returns a damaged product, it may be subject to a unique resolution. We've had pistons returned in a box with NO PACKAGING, banging against each other and they were utterly ruined.
