DEI Oil Filter Heat Shields effectively block radiant heat that can change the oil viscosity or potentially cause a thermal breakdown that will make the oil additives degrade, dissipate, and wear out quickly.
Oil filters soak in a lot of heat from high performance engines. They are nestled tight to the oil pan and engine. Oil Cover Filters are easy to install with a peel and stick adhesive backing. They block heat and reduce oil temps. Universal trim to fit size works on all oil filters and comes in a pack of 3.
