When these seals wear out, they can cause leaks, sticking, and jamming of the throttle plate. We tested a car on our dyno at STM with leaky seals and when the seals were replaced, we picked up 20 whp and 20 ft pounds! Nasty boost leak! Sold as the pair of seals and OEM throttle body gaskets are available in the purchase menu.

Can’t even install them

Messed with ONE for over an hour and a half on a stealth tt/3000gt vr4 throttle body and couldn’t get it to go in. Just ended up pissed off and $36 poorer. They are too big to go in smoothly and there’s no way they are the correct size for 3000gt application. These things straight up suck. I tried to sand down the back outter edge and use needle nose to taper it and it still wouldn’t go in. Pretty unimpressed and angry because no I need to find another route because there is no way I’m spending $24 plus $12 shipping for 2 more of these.
