Wrong pads in the box

For some mistakes, the distributor put the wrong pads on the box this stop tech parking brakes don't fit on my 2016 STI, I asked Devon how can I returned them and haven't got a response yet , so far in Devon has been nice attending my calls, virtual been 2 weeks already that I haven't got a response to return the pads
