This "Plumb-Back" will recirculate the air back into the system like factory, where as the "Dual Port" that is a vent-to-atmosphere design which will be louder than stock.

How Much Horsepower will these valves handle?
More than you have! Due to the unique Turbosmart Boost-Balance System, you can’t have too much power or boost for the Kompact Range of Vales. At no point will they leak anything based on ‘Too-Much’. The more boost you run, the better they will seal. With that said, highly modified engines may be able to find the limit of how much these valves can bypass when open & this is the only limit. If you’re at this level, consider a remote-mounted valve with more flow potential to avoid audible compressor surge. However, too much boost or power will not open or vent the valve.
