The high balance ratio full counterweight places weights on the arms on both sides of the crankpin to increase the counterweight's balance ratio against the piston’s up-and-down motion and crankpin rotational inertia, reducing vibration and minimizing bending to prevent uneven bearing contact. The edge-shaped counterweight reduces resistance and load from hitting the oil in the pan during rotation by sharpening both ends of the weight. The X design with two-port lubrication increases oil supply from two crank journals, improving resistance to bearing seizure. WPC processing of the crank pulley mount prevents seizing problems with an enhanced seizure resistance effect. Precision quality control, including accurate CNC machining and 3D precision inspection, ensures high-quality results.
