Ticon Titanium Pie Cuts (90° Bend) Loose Radius 039" Wall
Ticon Industries pie cuts are precision laser cut from high quality CP1 grade titanium. They then enter a deburring process, completely cleaned of any imperfections on the cut and brushed to a fine finish.
Cuts are finished with a rigorous ultrasonic cleaning process before individual packaging to ensure every Ticon titanium pie cut is ready to weld right out of the package!
Each pie section has been engineered with a 7.5° cut on each side of the pie for a total of 15° per pie cut and are sold in packs of 6 pieces for a total of 90° of bend per pack.
