STM Cam Position Sensor Heat Shield for Evo X

Keep your cam position sensor safe from excessive, manifold heat with the STM cam position sensor shield. Available in titanium or stainless steel. Includes a new stainless button-head bolt for a clean install.

The exhaust manifold on the Evo X is in the back of the engine bay against the firewall and it can get insanely hot back there, especially if you have an aftermarket manifold and have removed the OEM heat shields. The cam position sensor is mounted within inches of the manifold and the high temps can cause problems with the sensor. If you've ever had issues with your cam angle sensor, you know how frustrating and intermittent that thing can be. If you haven't yet, trust us, it's not fun!
