Radium Fuel Surge Tank Install Kit for F150 Raptor 2017-2020 (20-0487)
The Radium F150 Raptor Fuel Surge Tank Install Kit for Gen2 2017-2020 Raptor is designed to work with the single pump version of the FST-R (Fuel Surge Tank with Integrated Regulator) and includes everything needed to install the surge tank in a collision-safe area under the LH side of the truck. The FST-R and fuel pumps are sold separately.

Full Description:
This comprehensive installation kit includes everything needed to install a Radium fuel surge tank (FST-R) in a 2017+ F150 Raptor EcoBoost. The required FST-R is sold separately. To select a FST-R surge tank, visit THIS PAGE. Some of the pumps available outflow the OEM Ford Raptor fuel pump by more than 23%.
The OEM fuel pump is repurposed to keep the surge tank full with excess returning back to the OEM fuel tank. The new FST-R pump will now feed the engine and is regulated by the integrated FPR on the surge tank. This pump keeps supplying fuel, even if the OEM fuel pump becomes momentarily starved.
A Radium gauge is included to adjust and monitor fuel pressure. The integrated regulator on the FST can be vacuum referenced if 1:1 fuel pressure is required or ran static (no vacuum reference) to mimic the stock system.
The Ford F150 Raptor install kit locates the FST-R in a collision-safe area under the LH side of the truck. The polished stainless steel bracket solidly mounts to OEM mounting points.
Also included are wiring components with flying leads featuring Raychem solderless butt splices, and a weatherproof fuse and relay to drive the FST-R fuel pump. Wiring is very simple and takes less than 30 minutes to assemble. No soldering is required.
