This tool ensures no damage will occur to the block, chain or pulley being removed. To use, place the two halves behind the oil pump pulley to complete the circle then attach and secure the front section of the tool with the provided hardware. Use your front crank bolt threaded into the front of the tool, with a heavy duty air gun (and a few ugga dugga’s). The pulley will now come loose and easily be removed.

This tool is the real deal! There are cheap Amazon/eBay knockoffs that will damage the expensive chain - it's not worth it.
