If u are fitting these valve springs & running the "factory" mivec sprockets, be aware that higher spring pressures may & have caused the exhaust sprocket housing to crack or break apart due to the greatly increased load/drag of the higher valve spring pressure!! You MUST replace the cast factory sprocket housing with a "Torque Solutions EX-456 billet mivec Exhaust Cam Gear Housing" to prevent this from happening!!!!!!!
