More Information:
The Magnus billet intake manifold offers configurations with 6, 12, or 18 injectors to meet varying performance needs.
The 18-injector billet manifold was developed during Magnus's collaboration with EKanoo Racing for the world record-setting R35 GTR in the 2015–2017 BDRC seasons. Producing over 2700 horsepower and running at over 90 psi of boost, the car outpaced competitors by half a second. This required addressing airflow and fuel distribution challenges that other manifolds struggled to meet. By utilizing advanced CFD technology and over 20 years of manifold design experience, Magnus achieved nearly perfect cylinder distribution with less than 1% variance, making this intake manifold the top performer in its class.
To resolve fuel delivery issues, Magnus designed a -10 fuel rail capable of handling over 25,000 cc/min of fuel flow without pulsation or starvation, unlike conventional -6 rails. This redesigned rail accommodates high-flow injectors and supports systems up to 4000 horsepower.
Proven on the chassis dyno of T1 Racing Development, this manifold has reached speeds of over 214 mph and delivered record-breaking 2700 hp. It’s available in a range of anodized colors and can include dummy injectors for future scalability as fuel demands increase.
This manifold is widely used in top-performing R35 GTR street and race builds due to its flexibility with dual fuel systems. It supports 12 injectors on the upper rail and 6 on the lower rail, enabling seamless transitions between pump gas and alcohol for high boost. Alternatively, it can run original-size injectors on the lower rail for a smooth idle as low as 800 RPM, with staged larger injectors for maximum power.
