JMF O2 Housing with Hood Dump for Evo 7/8/9 *Discontinued*

Replace your restrictive OEM cast O2 housing with a JMF free flowing tubular model. Made completely from 304 stainless steel! The flanges are CNC machined from 1/2" material and are surfaced after welding for a leak free seal. The exhaust outlet measures in at 2.5" while the wastage dump is mandrel bent from 1.75" tube.

The wastegate passage of the flange is 3D contoured to match the shape of the turbine housing for a smooth transition - a first of it's kind! Each unit comes with a machined ring for the OEM donut gasket and a stainless steel divided turbine gasket. Fits most radiators and intercooler pipes.

Vehicle Fitment:
2001-2006 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VII VIII IX

REQUIRES CUTTING OF THE MESH INSERT IN THE HOOD TO PROPERLY VENT EXHAUST GASES. MOISTURE CAN EASILY GET INTO THE DUMP TUBE AND CAUSE PROBLEMS, BE SURE NOT TO STORE THE CAR OUTSIDE WITH AN OPEN DUMP TUBE OR DRIVE IN THE RAIN.

Install Tip:
Removing the studs on the turbine housing will allow for a much easier install of the new housing.
