HKS Carbon Ti cat back exhaust features a beautiful, carbon fiber wrapped muffler and burned blue Ti style tip. HKS parts are made in Japan.

2001-2006 Evolution VII VIII IX
• Designed for USDM Evo 8/9 bumper and JDM Evo 7/8 fitment.
• For the JDM 9 bumper, the tip would need to be modified and cut.

Note: JDM bumper only require a very slight trim on the bumper, not noticeable whatsoever, no need to modify tip whatsoever.
0 rasp and harshness, HKS stuff are Deep and polished tone. windows down you can hear everything, windows up and it's quiet. Hard to beat, definitely go with HKS if you hate the blatty raspy sound of Tomei.
Careful with the bracket that holds the muffler as it is sharp and scratches the carbon fiber.
Evo 8 mid pipe fell off due to rust after 16 years!!! STM to the rescue!!! I thought I can get away with just buying the HKS cat back, but I needed everything from the STM down pipe and an STM high flow cat. Had to ship everything express. Thanks STM for the option. Long story short, the only thing shiny underneath my Evo 8 is this!
Quick shipping from STM and lowest pricing on the web, package arrived in perfect shape and had no damage. Fitment was top notch and didn’t require any adjustment or trimming with the USDM bumper though I would recommend a heatshield with this exhaust, it’s set on a pretty good angle.
