Can’t call it yet

It is important to note that I made no attempt to contact STM regarding this matter. Box was previously opened. Installation instructions were not included. Relay was not in original packaging, and horns show symptoms of a previous installation and removal. (Scratch marks and dirt in cracks. I believe STM sent me a used/returned product. I’m not above buying used parts or anything, I just wish they would have told me they were selling me someone else’s return. I don’t have everything I need to correctly install this part, and still have not been able to verify if it even works. I have no interest in negotiating with a salesperson over 40 dollars. If it works cool, if not, I will not send it back to be resold again and I doubt I will buy from STM in the future.
If you are planning to purchase a hella horn, please note that the relay is an important part of the installation. Skip out and you end up being the guy who just thinks hella horns sound wimpy.
