More Info:
GSC Power-Division valve guides are made from a proprietary blend of Manganese Bronze and turned on dedicated precision CNC turning centers. With performance and aftermarket installation in mind, we hold extremely tight tolerances on through-hole concentricity to outside diameter which minimizes the required honing time for the installer. True-to-size outside diameters minimize honing of guide bosses on cylinder heads that don't require boss service. Our guides are easier to install and shaped to improve air flow instead of just copying OEM design.

valve guides for d16z6

I purchased the part # GSC-3060.003-1.
It says in the specs that the valve stem diameter is 5.5 mm which matches the brian crower valves i bought perfectly so i thought. The valves are supposed to slide in easily i know because this is not my first rebuild. Anyways the valve does not fit at all it actually got stuck and now i’d hate to bend brand new valves just to get them unstuck 0/10 inner diameter. Although the outside seated perfectly to the head which got stripped out before and this product fixed that problem perfect i just can’t put my valves thru them. In the picture that as far as it goes in :(
