The FMTIA8 is Forge Motorsport's turbo inlet adaptor designed for the Toyota GR Corolla and Yaris GR, developed to enhance engine efficiency and performance. This complete package includes a billet-machined turbo adaptor, two 5-ply silicone hoses, and a mandrel-bent alloy hard pipe, all aimed at maximizing airflow to the turbo. By eliminating restrictions found in the OEM pipework, including ribbed areas and noise chambers, the inlet size increases from 48mm to 63mm at the crucial point where the air enters the turbo. This design mimics a velocity stack, allowing for smoother air delivery and improving acceleration, especially during gear changes or after deceleration.

Testing showed consistent power gains across the rev range, with increases of 4-5 bhp and up to 10 lb-ft of torque, though results may vary depending on tuning and other modifications.
