EBC Premium Brake Rotors for 2022+ Subaru WRX

EBC Brakes is transitioning to its Gen 3 silver grey disc rotors, featuring a new corrosion-resistant coating for enhanced rust prevention. The rotor materials and drill or slot patterns remain unchanged, with rotors made from high quality G3000 spec cast iron. These OEM quality rotors undergo rigorous runout inspections to ensure precision and alignment. EBC ensures top-notch integrity and product quality in the aftermarket. If runout is noticed during installation, it is typically due to chassis alignment issues from prior impacts like hitting a curb or pothole.

Benefits of silver finish vs thermic black:
The new silver finish on EBC rotors offers greater corrosion resistance than the previous black etch paint, while maintaining the original look of the rotor hat or hub. This ensures a more consistent appearance between the front and rear of the car, even when only one axle is changed. The environmentally friendly coating process takes place at the casting plant immediately after machining and washing, preventing surface corrosion that typically begins on untreated iron.
