DEI Turbo Shields are designed to decrease lag and reduce engine bay temperatures. DEI offers 4 shield styles available for T3, T4, T6, 1G/2G DSM, Evo 3 16G and Subaru turbos. Please review ALL information and specs before purchase.

Titanium:

Titanium Turbo Shields include a hi-temp rated silica insulation under the tight outer layer for extra added protection against extreme turbo-generated heat.

Gen 3 Silicone:

The Gen 3 titanium shields are coated with a silicone outer layer with multiple stainless steel and silica inner layers. Without a doubt the strongest, most heat resistant shield available!

Onyx:

DEI Onyx Turbo Shields use an exclusive combination of premium heat resistant textiles for a black carbon fiber look.

Ultra 47:

Ultra 47 shields are made from a tri-layer mix of an aluminum impregnated glass fiber outer shell with a high-temperature insulating mat core and silica glass blend liner. Double stitching and heavy duty capped anchor points make this turbo shield look great and perform even better.

Turbo Shields solve the problem of extreme underhood heat, stops heat damage of painted or carbon fiber hoods and helps turbos spool faster.

Important:
This Turbo Shield is not flammable. However, if any flammable fluids are introduced to it, conditions may be suitable for a flame to be produced. Please take all necessary precautions to insure that the oil supply line and all fluid fittings are in proper working order, sealed and without leaks. DEI is not responsible for any damage caused by fluid contamination.

Also Important:
This shield is not designed to be removed after it has been through heat cycles. After the fibers have been heated they lose their initial flexibility. This does not reduce the thermal properties of the shield. Be aware of this before you decide to remove the shield.

Measuring your Turbo Size:
DEI Turbo shield sizes are based on two basic measurements. The first measurement is the circumference of the turbo not including the flange. The second measurement is the width of the turbo at it’s widest point not including the flanges. After measuring, refer to the chart below to find the correct shield.
