BMW OEM Headlight/Rain/Fog Sensor for F8X/G8X M2/M3/M4

The genuine OEM BMW windshield sensor combines multiple functions, including a rain sensor, fog sensor, sunload sensor, and light sensor. It automatically activates the vehicle's low beams in low-light conditions by detecting changes in ambient light. The sensor is programmed to turn off the headlights to preserve battery life when lighting improves. Additionally, it uses infrared technology to detect rain on the windshield, adjusting the wiper speed and frequency based on the rain's intensity and the vehicle’s speed.
