BC Brian Crower EN40 Billet Crankshaft for 2JZ Toyota Supra (BC5308-90)
Fully CNC machined from EN40 billet and features a Micro Polish finish for increased oil shedding. This crank is designed for 2500+whp! Features Honda journal for aluminum rod clearance. All cranks are stress relieved, shot peened, magna flux inspected and nitrided (multi step heat treatment) for ultimate performance. Fully profiled counterweights are designed for reduced windage through the crankcase creating less oil resistance for better rpm potential.

More Info:
BC crankshafts are crafted from aerospace-grade 4340 steel billet and EN40 steel alloy for power levels exceeding 2500+whp. They are CNC machined on advanced 5-axis Mazak Integrex 300-IV machines to precise tolerances of .0001". Each crankshaft features large radius journals for added rigidity in high horsepower, high boost, and high RPM applications. Gun-drilled and CNC-ground oil holes provide a smooth surface for enhanced oiling, with tear-dropped designs for added oil scoop, cross-drilling for priority main feeding to the rods, and micro-polishing for optimal bearing lubricity. All cranks undergo stress relief, shot peening, magnaflux inspection, and nitriding (a multi-step heat treatment) for peak performance. Fully profiled counterweights are designed to reduce windage through the crankcase, decreasing oil resistance for better RPM potential. BC also offers a Micro Polish finish that improves oil shedding, reduces oil foaming and parasitic losses, and enhances ion nitriding, increasing overall tensile strength by 10% compared to standard BC crankshafts.
