BC Brian Crower Cam Gear Fastener for EJ20/EJ25 WRX STi (BC8898/BC8899)

BC cam bolts for the EJ Series engine platforms are made from ARP2000 material and feature a silver CAD plated finish to eliminate corrosion from handling. Hardened to RC 45-47, the new BC cam bolts secure the cam gears permanently without the stretch common with OEM fasteners. Bolts for AVCS equipped engines include 0.200" thick plasted washer. Reduces the risk of the gear coming loose and causing severe engine damage.
Works with all brands of camshafts and cam gears. The BC bolt features OEM thread pitch and under head length (AVCS dimensions 2.040” under head length, non-AVCS dimensions 1.670” under head length).
