BC Brian Crower Billet Crankshaft for 2JZ Toyota Supra (BC5309)
Brian Crower crankshafts for the 2JZ Supra are made from aerospace-grade 4340 steel billet. CNC machined to precise tolerances, these crankshafts feature large radius journals for added rigidity, gun-drilled and cross-drilled oil holes, and a micro-polished finish for optimal lubrication. Stress relieved, shot peened, magnaflux inspected, and nitrided for performance, the cranks have fully profiled counterweights to reduce windage. BC's Micro Polish finish further enhances oil shedding, reduces oil foaming, and increases tensile strength by 10%.

BC crankshafts are made from the finest, aerospace grade 4340 steel billet material as well as EN40 steel allo for power levels in excess of 2500+whp. CNC machined on state of the art, 5 axis Mazak Integrex 300-IV CNC machines to exacting tolerances (.0001"). Every crankshaft features large radius journals that add rigidity for high horsepower, high boost, high rpm applications. Gun drilled, CNC ground oil holes feature a smooth surface for extra oiling, tear dropped for added oil scoop, cross drilled for priority main feeding to the rods and micro polished to a mirror finish for optimum bearing lubricity. All cranks are stress relieved, shot peened, magna flux inspected and nitrided (multi step heat treatment) for ultimate performance. Fully profiled counterweights are designed for reduced windage through the crankcase creating less oil resistance for better rpm potential. BC also offers a Micro Polish finish that not only increases oil shedding, while decreasing oil foaming and parasitic losses but this polishing process enhances the ion nitriding, increasing overall tensile strength by 10% over the standard BC crankshafts.
