The 3.4L BC stroker kit for the Mitsubishi 6G72 engine platform features an 84mm stroke crank. Depending on your chosen bore size, the BC kit can take you up to a 3.4L with a 92.63mm bore. This kit utilizes premium steel billet connecting rods available with Custom Age 625+ heavy duty fasteners. Each BC kit includes custom CP pistons, steel alloy wrist pins, a full ring pack, and locks.

About BC Crankshafts:
BC crankshafts are crafted from top-tier aerospace grade 4340 steel billet material and CNC machined on state-of-the-art 5-axis Mazak Integrex 300-IV CNC machines to precise tolerances of .0001". Each crankshaft is equipped with large radius journals to enhance rigidity, ideal for high horsepower, high boost, and high RPM applications. The gun-drilled, CNC ground oil holes ensure smooth surfaces for enhanced oiling, tear-dropped for added oil scoop, cross-drilled for priority main feeding to the rods, and micro-polished to a mirror finish for optimal bearing lubricity. Additionally, all cranks undergo stress relief, shot peening, magnaflux inspection, and nitriding for ultimate performance. Fully profiled counterweights are designed to reduce windage through the crankcase, minimizing oil resistance for improved RPM potential.

About BC Connecting Rods:
BC connecting rods are CNC machined from aerospace grade 4340 steel billet and offer a choice between the European-influenced H-beam or traditional I-beam design (in certain applications). Each rod features a deep, double ribbed cap that ensures the big end housing bore remains true at extended RPM, ensuring uniform bearing crush for proper clearances, superior oil supply, and maximum load carrying capacity. H-beam rods feature a deep radial groove pin bushing and oil holes at 5 and 7 o'clock, providing critical lubrication to the wrist pin area. I-beam rods feature an oil hole at the 12 o'clock position to maintain pin end bore true under high boost. Fastener options include ARP2000 fasteners (rated to 210,000 psi) or ARP's Custom Age 625+ (rated to 280,000 psi).

Piston Options:
For pistons, choose from top brands CP or JE in any desired bore size and compression ratio. Custom BC stroker pistons are made from 2618 T6 high tensile strength forged aluminum forgings, computer-designed for strength and minimum weight. Each piston diameter is CNC machined for optimal accuracy and superior grain flow. 3D modeling software and rigorous Finite Element Analysis ensure the strongest and lightest possible pistons for your application. Custom pistons feature tighter clearances, reduced noise, improved ring seal, and enhanced durability. Standard features include pin fit, carbon steel wrist pins, and spiral locks or rail supports depending on application. Additional features include upgraded 9310 alloy wrist pins for reduced flex, lateral gas ports for improved ring seal, skirt and top coatings, and lightweight design.
