BC Brian Crower 102mm 2.5L Stroker Kit for 7 Bolt 4G63 Evo/DSM (BC0118)
This 2.5L BC stroker kit for the Mitsubishi 4G64 block/4G63 head incorporates a 4340 billet 102mm stroke, 7 bolt crank. The 4G63 kit utilizes premium steel billet connecting rods. As usual, each BC kit features custom CP pistons (choice of bore/compression), highest quality, steel alloy wrist pins, full ring pack and buttons. ProH625+ rods are +6mm longer length and rated up to 1000 maximum horsepower.

BC Crankshafts:
BC crankshafts are crafted from aerospace-grade 4340 steel billet. They are precision CNC machined on advanced 5-axis Mazak Integrex 300-IV CNC machines to exacting tolerances of .0001". Each crankshaft features large radius journals for added rigidity, ideal for high horsepower, high boost, and high rpm applications. The crankshafts have gun-drilled, CNC-ground oil holes with smooth surfaces for enhanced oiling, tear-dropped for added oil scoop, cross-drilled for priority main feeding to the rods, and micro-polished to a mirror finish for optimal bearing lubricity. All cranks undergo stress relief, shot peening, magna flux inspection, and nitriding for ultimate performance. Fully profiled counterweights reduce windage in the crankcase, creating less oil resistance and better rpm potential.
BC Connecting Rods:
BC connecting rods are CNC machined from aerospace-grade 4340 steel billet, available in either the European-influenced H beam or the traditional I beam design (for certain applications). Each rod features a deep, double-ribbed cap to maintain the big end housing bore's accuracy at high RPMs, ensuring uniform bearing crush and optimal clearances for superior oil supply and maximum load capacity. H Beam rods include a deep radial groove pin bushing and oil holes at the 5 and 7 o'clock positions, enhancing lubrication to the critical wrist pin area. I Beam rods have an oil hole at the 12 o'clock position to maintain the pin end bore's integrity under high boost. Both types are available with ARP2000 fasteners (rated to 210,000 psi) or the ultimate ARP Custom Age 625+ fasteners (rated to 280,000 psi).

Crafted from 2618 T6 forged aluminum, these custom BC stroker pistons undergo precision CNC machining to ensure optimal accuracy and superior grain flow. Advanced 3D modeling and Finite Element Analysis guarantee robust and lightweight construction tailored to your needs. With tighter clearances, reduced noise, and improved ring seal, these pistons deliver enhanced durability. Standard features include carbon steel wrist pins and spiral locks or rail supports, with optional upgrades like 9310 alloy wrist pins, lateral gas ports, and coatings for improved performance.
