This 2.4L BC stroker kit for the Mitsubishi 4G63 engine platform incorporates a 4340 billet 102mm stroke, 7 bolt crank. The 4G63 kit utilizes premium steel billet connecting rods. As usual, each BC kit features custom CP pistons (choice of bore/compression), highest quality, steel alloy wrist pins, full ring pack and buttons. I-Beam rods w/ARP2000 are standard length and rated up to 1000 maximum horsepower.

BC Crankshafts:
BC crankshafts are crafted from premium aerospace-grade 4340 steel billet. They are CNC machined on state-of-the-art, 5-axis Mazak Integrex 300-IV CNC machines to exacting tolerances of .0001". Each crankshaft features large radius journals for increased rigidity, ideal for high horsepower, high boost, and high rpm applications. The oil holes are gun drilled and CNC ground for a smooth surface, with added features like tear dropping for oil scoop, cross drilling for priority main feeding to the rods, and micro polishing for optimal bearing lubricity. All cranks undergo stress relief, shot peening, magna flux inspection, and nitriding (multi-step heat treatment) for maximum performance. Fully profiled counterweights are designed to reduce windage in the crankcase, creating less oil resistance for better rpm potential.

BC Connecting Rods:
BC connecting rods are precision CNC machined from aerospace-grade 4340 steel billet. Choose between the European-inspired H-beam or traditional I-beam design (specific applications). Both designs feature a deep, double-ribbed cap that maintains the big end housing bore true at high RPMs, ensuring consistent bearing crush for optimal clearances, superior oil supply, and maximum load capacity. H-beam rods boast a deep radial groove pin bushing and oil holes at 5 and 7 o'clock for critical lubrication to the wrist pin area. I-beam rods have an oil hole at the 12 o'clock position to maintain pin end bore alignment under high boost. Available with your choice of ARP2000 fasteners (rated to 210,000 psi) or the premium ARP Custom Age 625+ (rated to 280,000 psi).

BC Pistons:
Select from leading piston brands like CP or JE, available in various bore sizes and compression ratios. Both utilize 2618 T6 forged aluminum for custom BC stroker pistons, designed with precision CNC machining for accuracy and optimal grain flow. Advanced software and Finite Element Analysis ensure strength and lightweight construction. These custom pistons offer tighter clearances, reduced noise, improved ring seal, and enhanced durability. Standard features include carbon steel wrist pins and spiral locks or rail supports, with optional upgrades like 9310 alloy wrist pins, lateral gas ports, skirt and top coatings, and lightweight design.
