BC Brian Crower 94mm 2.2L Stroker Kit for 7 Bolt 4G63 Evo/DSM (BC0128)
This 2.2L BC stroker kit for the Mitsubishi 4G63 engine platform incorporates a 4340 billet 94mm stroke, 7 bolt crank. The 4G63 kit utilizes premium steel billet connecting rods. As usual, each BC kit features custom CP pistons (choice of bore/compression), highest quality, steel alloy wrist pins, full ring pack and buttons. ProH625+ rods are standard length and rated up to 1000 maximum horsepower.

BC Crankshafts:
BC crankshafts are crafted from premium aerospace-grade 4340 steel billet. They are CNC machined on state-of-the-art, 5-axis Mazak Integrex 300-IV CNC machines to precise tolerances (.0001"). Each crankshaft features large radius journals for added rigidity, suitable for high horsepower, high boost, and high rpm applications. Gun drilled, CNC ground oil holes offer smooth surfaces for enhanced oiling, teardrop-shaped for additional oil scoop, cross drilled for priority main feeding to the rods, and micro-polished to a mirror finish for optimal bearing lubrication. All cranks undergo stress relief, shot peening, magna flux inspection, and nitriding (multi-step heat treatment) for peak performance. Fully profiled counterweights reduce windage through the crankcase, minimizing oil resistance for better rpm potential.
BC Connecting Rods:
BC connecting rods are precision CNC machined from aerospace-grade 4340 steel billet, offering a choice between the European-influenced H-beam or traditional I-beam design (depending on application). Featuring a deep, double-ribbed cap, these rods maintain bore integrity at high RPM, ensuring consistent bearing crush for optimal oil supply and maximum load capacity. H-beam rods include a deep radial groove pin bushing and strategically positioned oil holes for critical wrist pin lubrication. I-beam rods incorporate an oil hole at the 12 o'clock position to maintain bore integrity under high boost. Available with your choice of ARP2000 fasteners (rated to 210,000 psi) or the premium ARP Custom Age 625+ fasteners (rated to 280,000 psi).
BC Pistons:
Select from the top piston brands, CP or JE, offering various bore sizes and compression ratios. Crafted from 2618 T6 forged aluminum, both CP and JE custom BC stroker pistons ensure high tensile strength. These pistons undergo precise CNC machining to guarantee accuracy and optimal grain flow, facilitated by 3D modeling and Finite Element Analysis. Enjoy tighter clearances, reduced noise, enhanced ring seal, and improved durability. Standard features include carbon steel wrist pins and spiral locks or rail supports, with optional upgrades like 9310 alloy wrist pins, lateral gas ports, coatings, and lightweight design.
