This 2.17L BC stroker kit for the Subaru WRX EJ20 engine platform incorporates a stock 75mm stroke crank and H-Beam or I-Beam rods. This BC rotating assembly features custom CP pistons, steel alloy wrist pins, full ring pack and locks. ig time power and torque gains. BC ProH2K rods rated to 600 horsepower, BC Pro Series rods rated to 800+ horsepower.

About BC Crankshafts:
BC crankshafts are crafted from top-quality, aerospace-grade 4340 steel billet. They are CNC machined on advanced 5-axis Mazak Integrex 300-IV machines to precise tolerances (.0001"). Each crankshaft has large radius journals for added rigidity in high horsepower, high boost, and high RPM scenarios. Gun-drilled, CNC-ground oil holes offer smooth surfaces for optimal oiling, while tear-dropped and cross-drilled features provide superior oil flow. The cranks are stress relieved, shot peened, magnaflux inspected, and nitrided for peak performance. Fully profiled counterweights reduce windage in the crankcase, lowering oil resistance for better RPM potential.

About BC Connecting Rods:
BC connecting rods are CNC machined from aerospace-grade 4340 steel billet and are available in either the European-influenced H-beam or traditional I-beam designs (for certain applications). Each rod features a deep, double-ribbed cap to maintain the big end housing bore at high RPMs, ensuring uniform bearing crush for optimal clearances, superior oil supply, and maximum load capacity. H-beam rods have a deep radial groove pin bushing with oil holes at 5 and 7 o'clock for critical wrist pin lubrication, while I-beam rods have an oil hole at the 12 o'clock position for high-boost scenarios. You can choose between ARP2000 fasteners (rated to 210,000 psi) or ARP's Custom Age 625+ fasteners (rated to 280,000 psi).

Piston Options:
Choose from top piston brands such as CP or JE, available in any bore size and compression ratio. Both brands manufacture custom BC stroker pistons from 2618 T6 high-tensile-strength forged aluminum. These pistons are designed for strength and minimal weight, with each piston diameter CNC machined for optimal accuracy and superior grain flow. 3D modeling and Finite Element Analysis ensure the pistons are the strongest and lightest for your application. Custom pistons feature tighter clearances, less noise, better ring seal, and overall improved durability. Standard features include pin fit, carbon steel wrist pins, and spiral locks or rail supports, with optional 9310 alloy wrist pins for reduced flex, lateral gas ports for ring seal assistance, skirt and top coatings, and lightweight design.
