The AMS Performance 4.3L VR38 Stage 5 Long Block is a premium solution for high-horsepower Nissan GTR builds. Precision-machined with advanced in-house equipment, this fully assembled long block stroker engine is strategically reinforced to handle the immense power and torque of the OMEGA and ALPHA performance packages. Assembled in a state-of-the-art clean room, AMS leverages its decades of race-winning experience to engineer the strongest and most advanced engine program available for the GTR. This long block comes fully equipped from valve covers to oil pan, ensuring easy installation and reliable performance using AMS proprietary and custom-designed components.

Benefits of a R35 GTR Stroker Engine Build:
A stroker engine provides noticeable benefits, including improved response and more horsepower. With a stroker kit, you can increase the engine’s displacement by moving from 3.8L to 4.3L engine, enhancing power generation. This larger displacement allows for a greater fuel/air mixture, resulting in more low-end torque. However, the extended piston stroke can reduce high RPM capabilities and responsiveness. The longer crankshaft throws contribute to the engine’s larger size, moving more air, and ultimately leading to greater horsepower gains.

• This service assumes a good condition long block core is provided for the build. We ask that the long block be shipped fully assembled from valve covers to oil pan, including timing covers and crank pulley, to avoid missing parts. Components deemed unusable will be quoted for replacement during assembly.
