Built from robust 304 stainless steel through a precision casting process, these downpipes surpass the durability and efficiency of welded alternatives, which are prone to cracking under stress. AMS engineers leveraged 3D CAD software to optimize the inlet and outlet geometry, ensuring smooth exhaust flow and reduced backpressure. The larger 90mm (3.5”) primary pipe further enhances performance, improving turbo spool time and throttle response, while thick flanges ensure a secure fit with factory hardware for seamless installation.
