The aFe Rapid Induction cold air intake system for the Ford Raptor offers a 5-3/4” tall 360-degree radial flow air filter. Designed for street use with an inverted top for longer service intervals. The heat shield snaps onto the factory air box for easy installation. The system includes a dyno-tuned intake tube made of heat-resistant XLPE material, using factory mounting locations for a perfect fit without cutting or drilling. Stainless-steel clamps and premium silicone couplings ensure strength and flexibility. Compatible with aFe POWER D.A.S. (Dynamic Air Scoop) in various colors.

This 5-3/4” tall 360-degree radial flow air filter features a 5-1/2" flange and our oil-free Pro DRY S media with three layers of synthetic media for maximum convenience. Its progressive layering provides great filtration efficiency and dust holding capacity, while not requiring the use of oils. This media is best suited for street use. Its inverted top makes for more filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals.

Pro 5R Oiled Large Five Layer Performance Air Filter Option:
This 5-3/4” tall 360-degree radial flow air filter features a 5-1/2" flange and our pre-oiled Pro 5R media with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance. It provides your engine with the largest amount of high-flowing air and delivers the highest power gains in most cases. This media is perfect for street and/or track use. Its inverted top makes for more filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals.

Top Mounted Heat Shield Design:
aFe POWER developed this heat shield to snap onto the top of the lower half of the factory air box to provide a hassle-free installation utilizing factory mounting locations.

Dyno-Tuned Intake Tube:
This system features a high quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. Its XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) material is heat soak resistant and extremely durable.

Hassle-Free Installation:
The computer designed system utilizes factory mounting locations, minimizing the use of unnecessary hardware, and ensuring a perfect fit every time. This is a direct bolt-on kit that requires no cutting or drilling on factory parts. Stainless-steel clamps are included for strength, and premium silicone couplings allow for ample flexibility

aFe POWER Air Intake Cover (54-32648-B) is also available for this air intake system to help reduce air intake temperature and engine noise. The cover provides a stealthy yet aggressive style without hurting the performance of the intake.
