ACT Clutch Disc for 1G/2G DSM MB1
ACT replacement clutch discs for the ACT MB1 clutch kits for 1G/2G DSM, GVR4 and Evo 1/2/3 models. Replacement discs can be swapped into any MB1 ACT clutch kit. Sold individually, price is for one disc.

Sprung Street:
Performance street disc and the most popular disc purchased. It features premium organic materials with high copper content for better heat transfer. Performance street discs allow for quicker shifting and smooth engagement. These discs feature a reduced marcel for faster shift action to complement ACT pressure plates. ACT spring-centered assemblies use bushings and cone springs similar to factory clutch discs. This creates frictional dampening, which improves clutch life and reduces noise. Quiet operation with increased strength and reliability.
Solid Street:
Street rigid disc featuring premium organic materials with high copper content for better heat transfer and steel-backed lining for greater burst strength and durability. These discs are modified with reduced marcel for faster shift action to complement ACT pressure plates. The chrome-moly hub is heat-treated for strength and durability. Rivet design and materials are carefully selected for maximum strength. Lightweight, solid-hub design allows for quicker shifting and engagement. ACT's street rigid-hub discs provide race-proven performance with street manageability.

6-pad spring-centered race discs made with high quality ceramic friction materials. The engagement is harsher, but shifting is faster. The heavy duty torsional dampening springs are stronger, in most cases, than standard springs and are provided in the best sizes and spring rates to suit the application. The 6-pad, spring-centered disc is recommended for larger clutch sizes to absorb more heat and for smoother engagement.
