Product never delivered. Not refunded either.

Purchase made on mid-March. Fedex never delivered the product and even after several emails back and forth with STM Tuned my money was never refunded. $1,300+ loss. STM Tuned always blamed Fedex, said there was a claim in place and I should wait. Still, after 2 1/2 months, no product nor money. Very unfortunate, not sure what is going with STM Tuned at the moment.
