As we have all experienced in the last year, many manufacturers and suppliers are behind schedule leading to delays in shipping and availability.
Despite the recent global situation, we have been busier than ever and have a massive stock of products in-house and 90% of our orders are shipping out the same day, but sometimes those sudden delayed items will cause a setback in delivery.
The whole STM Team is working hard to keep our customers updated with up-front ETA's and current product wait times, though an abrupt stock change, material shortage or a missing shipping container can sometimes dishearten that communication.
We are all committed to getting parts out the door ASAP, so trust us, if we can send it, we will! If we don't have it, we will search out other vendors for you. If it's on backorder and there's an available replacement option, we will let you know!

We offer many shipping options on checkout, but please understand the selected shipping method will be used when the ORDER IS READY TO SHIP. If you choose 2-Day Shipping and the item is delayed, we will still send it 2-Day as soon as we are able to ship it! 2-Day Shipping does not always mean you'll get it in two days - it's just the estimated time it should take once it's left the shipping facility to get to you... and even THAT has been unstable in the last year.
