Evo X BOV FAQ:

What size is the stock Evo X BOV outlet?
The stock Evo X blow off valve has a 34mm outlet. Some aftermarket blow off valves have different or interchangeable outlet sizes. The outlet is the part that will connect to a recirculation hose leading back into the intake (if it is recirculated).

What size is the stock Evo X BOV flange?
The stock Evo X blow off valve flange is also 34mm. If you are installing an aftermarket BOV, you will need to match the pipe flange to the valve you choose. Each BOV company typically has a different style flange.

What's the difference between recirculated and atmosphere dump?
The stock BOV is "recirculated" meaning it recirculates the air back into the intake. The MAF sensor is counting this air, so it keeps the whole system happy and driving smoothly. If you "dump" the air, you'll get a much louder and fun sound when you let off the throttle, but that dumped air is no longer accounted for and can mess with the drivability of the car. Typically it'll just buck and kinda drive like crap when you're very lightly on the throttle. It can be mostly avoided by the way you drive once you get used to it. If you do a lot of cruising or daily driving, it's definitely nicer having it recirculated.
